Winzerhof Schick Sebastian Schick and his wife Vera Schick have been running the winery since 2019 and have set themselves clear goals: We want to produce wines with character, expression and drinking pleasure! Our vines grow on Schilfsandsteinkeuper on steep slopes with a gradient of 30-55% in the small winegrowing village of Ziegelanger. The traditional Franconian grape variety Silvaner is highly valued. However, not only Silvaner is vinified using the most modern oenological methods, but also almost forgotten vinification methods are once again proving themselves in the vinification of true individualists. This is how our wines are created with heart and soul, passion and personality.
