Grape varieties: 85% Riesling, 15% Pinot Noir, Sauvignon Blanc, Pinot Blanc; vinification: selective harvesting, vinification with emphasis on location, slow fermentation and gentle ageing with long storage on the finest yeast; wine tastings in the vinotheque (daily, appointments recommended) or in the "Weinzeit" wine bar (opening hours at weekends); vineyard tours with the winegrower with wine tastings
