The winery has been run by Marc & Jan Weinreich since 2009. The vineyards are consistently cultivated organically, the grapes are harvested by hand and the winemaking process is also natural. This makes it possible to produce wines that are just as natural as the vineyards around Bechtheim allow them to grow. Only in harmony with the natural and original conditions of the soil can wines with a strong character be produced that ultimately bear the signature of the winegrower as well as the origin.
The range is deliberately streamlined - less choice, more concentration on the essentials - less difficulty in making decisions. The focus is on Riesling, Burgundy and Scheurebe.
Our estate, local and single vineyards wines shine with minerality and authenticity. They reflect the terroir of Bechtheim's best vineyards.
Our great passion is sparkling wine. With a focus on Meunier, Pinot Noir & Chardonnay, we let it bubble! The best grapes for our sparkling base wines, ageing in small oak barrels and traditional bottle fermentation are the basis for our success!
