The winery - established in 1935 from a cooperage - is now run in the third generation by Stephan and Christine Müller. The specialties of the winery are finely fruity, elegant Riesling wines that thrive uniquely in the excellent Forster vineyards such as "Kirchenstück", "Jesuitengarten", "Ungeheuer", and "Pechstein". In addition, the Pinot Gris and Pinot Blanc, Sauvignon Blanc, and Blanc de Noir are also very popular. Awards in Feinschmecker, Gault Millau, and Eichelmann, as well as prizes from the Chamber of Agriculture, reflect the top qualities. One can be convinced of these directly at the "Weintreffpunkt", the wine tasting room, or at numerous events, such as the Forster Wine Festival on the first weekend of August, wine tasting days in May, and Advent gatherings.
Since 2023, the winery has been part of Fair’n Green and has been successfully certified. For many years, the entire Eugen Müller team has been striving to review and further develop all areas of the winery in terms of sustainability. This includes not only environmental protection through biodiversity as well as climate, soil, and species protection but also fair treatment of people.
