Stefan Winter and his team - deliberately called the [wine] family - are passionate about authentic wines that both reflect their origins and are man-made. This means that all vineyards are cultivated with intensive craftsmanship, close to nature and according to ecological guidelines. From pruning the vines to dispatching a wine parcel, the [Wein] family is united by a passion for the extraordinary, a purist aesthetic and an uncompromising pursuit of quality. With just 23 hectares of vineyards, Riesling takes first place with 65%, followed by Pinot Gris, Pinot Blanc, Chardonnay and Pinot Noir. The wines are matured with a great deal of time and dedication.
