A young winery with a lot of wine in its genes. in 2018, the Singer-Bader winery emerged from two Remstal winegrowing families, each with centuries of winegrowing tradition and plenty of Swabian wine know-how. According to the motto: "Quality is created in the vineyard", the sunny Korber red vineyards and the renowned Stetten white vineyards are still cultivated with heart and soul today. The young owners Barbara and Julian Singer are Geisenheim graduate engineers for viticulture & oenology - by profession and vocation. After years of apprenticeship at renowned companies and internships abroad worldwide, they took over the vineyards of their parents and grandparents. The WEINKORB-Vinothek, which was awarded the Wine Tourism Prize of the State of Baden Württemberg, belongs to the winery. In this architecturally fascinating wine event house with a wickerwork structure of wood and Corten steel, wine becomes an experience. The philosophy of the Singer-Bader winery: clear, fruity wines and great attention to detail.
