In Ipsheim, at the southernmost gateway to the Franconian wine world, we cultivate the vineyards around Ipsheim's Hoheneck Castle and the surrounding area together with our family and our team, now in the second generation. SCHÜRMER WINES are wines produced in the traditional way, which do not conform to the usual mainstream and deliberately reflect the philosophy of the winery in an independent and unadulterated way. They are wines that polarise and deliberately embody the terroir concept of our Middle Franconian homeland.
