Already at the age of 17, Johannes Landerer experimented in the barren volcanic weathered rock and planted his first own vineyard with Sauvignon Blanc, in order to develop his own Kaiserstühl Sauvignon Blanc style.
Many impulses resulted from his training, at renowned wineries at home and abroad.
After the unexpected death of his father, Johannes Landerer took over sole responsibility for viticulture and cellar management in 2016. He thus continues the life's work of his father Thomas Landerer.
