The vineyards cover 7 hectares of vineyards in the single vineyards Vögelein and Kreuzberg (Nordheim) Rosenberg (Sommerach) Sonnenberg and Höll (Eisenheim) with the white wine varieties Müller-Thurgau, Silvaner, Scheurebe, Chardonnay, Pinot Blanc, Pinot Gris, Sauvignon Blanc, Bacchus, as well as the red wine varieties Pinot Noir, Melot, Cabernet Sauvignon and Dornfelder.
The vineyards are cultivated according to the guidelines of natural viticulture. Low yields and gentle vinification of the white wines, mainly in stainless steel and wooden barrels with a long resting time on the fine yeast, are important for the quality of our wines.
The red wines are aged in wooden barrels after the mash fermentation or for 12-24 months in barriques. Secco and sparkling wine ( methode champenoise) as well as spirits from our own distillery round off our range.
