The vineyards cover 7 hectares of vine area in the individual locations Vögelein and Kreuzberg (Nordheim), Rosenberg (Sommerach), Sonnenberg, and Höll (Eisenheim) with the white wine varieties Müller-Thurgau, Silvaner, Scheurebe, Chardonnay, Weißburgunder, Grauburgunder, Sauvignon Blanc, Bacchus, as well as the red wine varieties Spätburgunder, Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon, and Dornfelder.
The cultivation is carried out according to the guidelines of near-natural viticulture. Low yields and gentle development of the white wines predominantly in stainless steel and wooden barrels with long aging on the fine lees are noteworthy for the quality of our wines.
The red wines are aged after fermentation in wooden barrels or for 12-24 months in barriques. Secco and winemaker's sparkling wine (méthode champenoise) as well as spirits from the in-house distillery complete the offer.
