In our winery we have been working ecologically since 1974 and bio-dynamically since 2005. This method of cultivation is not only environmental protection in practice, but also the best prerequisite for healthy, vital vines and thus the best basis for the production of high-quality wines. In the favourable microclimate of the Main valley and on our shell limestone soils, we can bring out the character of the terroir. With intensive care of the vines, manual harvesting and gentle wine care, we succeed year after year in producing natural, high-quality and authentic wines that reflect the winemaker's signature and love for his profession.
