Our winery is located in the centre of the village of Merdingen, close to the action. The size of our cellar determines the size of our winery. That's how it was centuries ago and that's how it is for us. Moderation is important to us: to have an overview of everything, to accompany every step of the work, to cultivate only as many vines as the sensitive nature can bear.
The winery is in a state of upheaval. Whoever visits us will meet a young, motivated team that is tackling a big task with joy. We are warm and open, well-connected and close to home, creative and structured, really self-confident but curious and interested.
