We want to create vibrant wines full of character in harmony with nature. We limit our interventions in the vineyard to the bare minimum. Since 2012, we have only planted new, fungus-resistant grape varieties, known as Piwis. They have become an important part of our idea of sustainable, resource-conserving organic viticulture. We are all the more delighted about all the awards and positive feedback we have received for our Piwi wines. Since 2017, we have also been certified organic in accordance with the strict Bioland guidelines.
We also put a lot of time, passion and manual labour into our cellar work and the ageing of our wines in various barrique barrels. in 2015, we renovated a vaulted wine cellar from the 19th century for this purpose and since then we have been happy to accompany wines from modern to traditional styles in their development every day in these historic rooms.
