In particular, the great Rieslings from the HALENBERG and Frühlingsplätzchen sites are sought after worldwide and are difficult to find when matured. Frank Schönleber strives for a natural balance of the vines in the vineyard, which is achieved through a sustainable working method with great physical effort and responsible treatment of flora and fauna. The Orts- and single vineyards as well as the Burgundies are traditionally matured in large wooden barrels. The local oak gives the wines structure and prepares them for a long life. The same basic principles apply to all wines: Drinkability, distinctive character and an authentic, unvarnished imprint of origin. Only "good" is too little!
