The winery, which has been family-owned since 1874, has a highly interesting past. In the years before, the Domhof belonged to the Worms cathedral chapter. Thus, the large tithe barn still stands in the courtyard, which is used today as a bottle warehouse. Since 2004, the Domhof has been run as a winery by Alexander Baumann, the fourth generation to do so. The landmark of the Domhof is the Petrus carved in stone from 1754, which you will also find on the labels of all wine bottles
