The Bollig² winery is located in the heart of the Moselle, specifically in Trittenheim, and benefits from the legendary sites that make the region so unique. The vineyards of the winery extend over three of the most renowned sites of the Moselle: the Trittenheimer Apotheke, the Dhroner Hofberg, and the Piesporter Goldtröpfchen. These excellent sites provide the ideal conditions for wines of outstanding quality.

The Trittenheimer Apotheke is known for its particularly mineral character. The steep, sun-drenched slopes offer perfect conditions for growing Riesling, which becomes particularly elegant and profound here. The Dhroner Hofberg offers a harmonious balance of freshness and fruitiness, while the Piesporter Goldtröpfchen shines with its fruity, fine acidity play and a hint of exoticism.

The "hoch 2" primarily stands for the brothers Lukas and Moritz: Lukas, who is dedicated to the work in the cellar, and Moritz, who takes care of the vineyards and the external operations.
