There are few principles. Feeling, nose and mouth decide on the vinification.
We opened our vinotheque in November 2017 and are there for you on Thursdays from 17:00 to 19:00 and Saturdays from 10:00 to 13:00. Of course, we are also available outside of opening hours by telephone appointment.
