Our vineyards are very special places: The microclimate and soil, but also generations of winegrowers have shaped them. They are all classified VDP.ERSTE (9ha) and VDP.GROSSE LAGEN (10ha). The result is unmistakable, great wines that tell of our homeland, the Mittelhaardt in the Palatinate.
Today, father and daughter run the winery. Steffen has 25 years of experience and knows every move in the winery. Sophie joined in 2018, bringing ideas from all over the world. They are united by a common goal, namely traditionally produced wines that taste like Christmann and their origins in the Palatinate.
Only in harmony with nature can grow great wines. Thanks to 20 years of biodynamics, we can say: the roots go deeper and the vineyards have reached their balance.
