High-quality wines that provide a high degree of drinking pleasure are what the Eminger family of winemakers is known for.
Quality is written in capital letters here. Yield limitation and intensive care of the vineyards are just as important as gentle grape processing and fermentation and storage under optimal conditions. The new cellar built in 2001 facilitates this endeavour.
A large assortment invites you to taste. The Grüner Veltliner is of course the favourite here, it succeeds particularly well here. But also Sauvignon Blanc, Welschriesling, Riesling, Weißburgunder, Rivaner and Muskateller are successfully vinified. The red wine cultivation amounts to 40 % and includes the varieties Zweigelt, Blaubueger and Cabernet Sauvignon. A remarkable level of quality has also been achieved with red wine.
