In the heart of Bolgheri, near the famous Viale dei Cipressi, so loved by Carducci, stands the Fattoria Terre del Marchesato, an artisan winery where the Fuselli family produces quality wines out of tradition and love for the land.
It is 1954 when Emilio Fuselli, a farmer from the Marche region, buys a plot of land from the Marquis Incisa della Rocchetta: The production is essentially agricultural, but the first vineyards are planted. After him, his son Aldo - together with his sons Maurizio and Giancarlo - continues the expansion of the business with the introduction of oil production; but it is Maurizio who definitively changes the destiny of the business, planting only vines. The great passion for wine production and the high level of training previously acquired in the field allow Maurizio to refine his skills and lead to the first harvest of 2003 and the construction of the cellar: small but innovative and functional, designed to combine to true tradition any most advanced winemaking technique.
