originally the vineyard of the Prince Bishops of Constance, later the Grand Ducal Domain Winery, the Meersburg State Winery is one of the most traditional wine-growing domains in Germany. It is beautifully and romantically situated directly above Meersburg harbour in the upper town. A visit is always worthwhile!
