"Life is too short to drink bad wine" Johann Wolfgang von Goethe already knew. We have made it our mission not only to drink good wine, but to make 'special wine'. Our fathers already had their own vineyard and now we want to help shape the landscape of the Weinviertel in a sustainable way and produce high-quality wine in an environmentally friendly way.
Organic - What else? It is our concern to protect our nature and to cultivate the vines in a resource- and climate-friendly way. With a great deal of passion, closeness to nature and expertise, we are happy to take on this challenge in order to meet our quality standards in the long term. As a modern team, we naturally rely on organic cultivation of our vineyards. We rely on gentle soil cultivation and manage the vineyards in consideration of the natural material cycles.
The Weinviertel is the largest wine-growing region in Austria and is often referred to as the "Tuscany" of Lower Austria. Culture, tradition, but also innovation are lived and loved here. Due to various climatic and geological factors, a rich diversity of grape varieties can be found in the Weinviertel. With a Grüner Veltliner, a mixed set as well as a red cuvée, we unite the diversity of grape varieties and thus bring the scent, aroma and taste of the Weinviertel into the bottle.
In order to meet our quality standards, we harvest grape by grape by hand, select 100% of the grape material and then ensure gentle processing in the wine cellar. Our organic quality wine is bottled in 0.75 l bottles and mostly sealed with high-quality, environmentally friendly natural corks.
