Quality from the grape to the bottle
Our idyllic winery, in a brick house over 100 years old, is just 300 metres from Lake Constance.
Here we produce wines with love & care and in harmony with nature: flowering strips in the vine rows, new innovative varieties like Muscaris. Souvignier Gris, Sauvignac, but also classic varieties like Müller-Thurgau, Bacchus and Pinot Noir. Feel free to drop by and enjoy award-winning wines that are shaped by the unique terroir directly on Lake Constance.
Our little wine philosophy
In our family business, environmentally friendly methods are a matter of course. The grapes of our vines are carefully harvested by hand - friends and family help us with the "Wimmeln", as the grape harvest is called here. Only absolutely ripe and healthy grapes are harvested and the grape juice is fermented into wine in the 100-year-old cellar.

Then the wine is given time to mature and is bottled the following spring.

The red wines are macerated and not heated, so that the delicate fruit aromas can also be found in the wine. For our red wines, the mash is punched down by hand and fermented in the open vat. The fruity white wines are bottled in spring, the full-bodied red wines Rubin, Spätburgunder and Poesie mature for at least 15 months in wooden barrels.
