FROM FARMER TO CONNOISSEUR!
The Pfannenstielhof in Bolzano is a family business and can look back on a centuries-old history as a wine farm. Only grapes from our own production are made into quality wines.
The majority of our vineyards are located directly around the farm. It is located in the valley plain on the eastern edge of Bolzano in the classic St. Magdalen cultivation zone. St. Magdalener and Lagrein are grown on the farm; Pinot Noir grows in Planitzing near Kaltern.
We pay special attention to quality production through environmentally conscious vine care and yield reduction. Healthy ripe grapes and thus more quality than quantity are the result of our work, which we refine into valuable wines in the old cellars.
Our wines: St. Magdalener classico, Lagrein, Blauburgunder, Lagrein Riserva.
