Founded in 1958 by Andrea Pasini and still run by the family, now in its third generation of winemakers, the Pasini San Giovanni winery expresses in each of its bottles the unmistakable harmony of Lake Garda, thanks to its own vineyards between the Valtènesi Valley and the Lugana area on the Brescian side of Lake Garda. Supported since 2009 by a photovoltaic system and guided by the experience of calculating the carbon footprint, the winery and the entire management pursue respect for the biological environmental balance. Since 2014, Pasini San Giovanni has been managing its vineyards sustainably on an organic basis.
The company has a compound name linked both to the Pasini family, who founded and have always managed the company, and to the local place name where the Cascina San Giovanni farm is located, the first production unit in San Giovanni, linked to the Church of San Giovanni, located in Palude, a hamlet of Puegnago, not far from Raffa.
