The Isarco Valley, Italy's northernmost wine-growing region, has ideal conditions for growing white grape varieties, which is why the winery specialises in white wines such as Kerner, Sylvaner, Grüner Veltliner, Riesling and Gewürztraminer. The cooperative consists of 135 Eisack Valley winegrowers who cultivate steep slopes up to an altitude of 1,000 metres. In particular, the cool nights and warm days during the harvest guarantee fresh, fruity and mineral white wines, which make up 98% of the Eisack Valley winery's production. Around 950,000 bottles a year are produced in the modern winery building in Klausen.
