Heidi´s Heaven Weine

The dream come true has a name: Heidi's Heaven.

In Oberbergen in the Kaiserstuhl, with its volcanic origins and fertile loess layer, you will find the vineyards and winery of Heidi's Heaven. Our grape varieties belong to the typical Pinot varieties, which have been cultivated in the Kaiserstuhl since the Middle Ages. We are currently passionately dedicated to the cultivation of Pinot Blanc, Pinot Gris and Pinot Noir, as well as Chardonnay and Müller-Thurgau.

"I was born with wine. However, I only discovered my professional passion for it during my studies in wine biotechnology. The vision for a winery was born. Originally intended to be realised when I retired, I am delighted that it is already a reality.

Our core values
The quality and flavour of the wine originate from the grapes.
The care of the vineyards is characterised by soil cultivation with straw layers, seeding that promotes the robustness of the soil, health and richness and definitely no herbicide use. Manual care during the growth and ripening phase allows us to be so close to the vine that we know its needs precisely and can act accordingly.
Plant protection is an important component and we take the approach of using as little as possible and as much as necessary to support the plant. In doing so, we rely on so-called contact agents that do not have a systemic effect. In this way, we ensure that even under difficult weather conditions, the volume of plant protection applied and the number of journeys required are limited to what is necessary.
