The Hallgartener Weinkeller stands for over 100 years of wine-making tradition and a changing zeitgeist. The Hallgartener Weinkeller's wide range of wines mainly includes Riesling wines, but rosé, Pinot Noir and Pinot Blanc are also very popular.
Using modern cellar technology, such as cooled fermentation, the wine is gently matured, giving it its special flavour and characteristic aroma. The high quality standards as well as the sensitivity and craftsmanship of the cellar master characterise the wines, which is reflected in the results of the various awards in which the Hallgartener Weinkeller participates every year.
