Our family has been growing and producing grapes in Langhe for more than 150 years, and in Montalcino and Bolgheri for 20 years. For us, each individual vineyard is a precious organism, a universe in which a multitude of different life forms are interwoven. The aim of our work is to understand, protect and cultivate the life of each vineyard with its exclusive cultivation for all our wines. The care of the soil and the minimal intervention on the vines are carried out in many ways: from the production of compost, to the absence of chemicals and pesticides, to the preservation of older vines, which are an invaluable asset to the territory we protect in the vineyards. Not only the cultivation of the land, but also the winemaking process is characterised by respect for nature and its timetable. Together with our long-standing and permanent
Staff, we work together to preserve the beauty and culture of the wine-growing area. In our work we are supported by numerous researchers from different disciplines, from botany to entomology. From the synergy between traditional knowledge and experimentation, we ensure constant development.
