Weingut Enderle & Moll

Founded in 2007 by Sven Enderle and Florian Moll, our "Enderle&Moll" winery now has just over 3 ha of its own vineyards. Pinot Noir accounts for the largest share of this area, followed by Pinot Gris and Müller-Thurgau. In the meantime, we divide our Pinots into 3 quality levels: the simple basic Pinot - which mainly comes from somewhat younger vineyards and from different sites - our so-called "Liaison" (formerly "Villages") - which also represents a cuvee from different sites and soils, but from our older vines - and finally our single vineyards "Muschelkalk", "Buntsandstein" and the Buntsandstein single vineyard "Ida" - which in turn come from strongly reduced and selected vineyards...
Our Müller-Thurgau "Müller.", Müller-Thurgau "pur", our Auxerrois, Grauburgunder, Weiß&Grau and our Spätburgunder-Rose complete our fixed wine assortment!
However, Sven decided at the beginning of 2020 to leave the winery in order to take care of his own projects from then on.
In the years before, Géraldine, my partner, had already become an irreplaceable part of the business due to the steadily increasing amount of work and the required intensity of work through her collaboration in the outdoor operation, in the cellar and especially during the grape harvest. In addition to this, however, due to our growth in recent years, the need for further reinforcement for the cellar and/or outside operation became more and more urgent.
Therefore, our joy was even greater when in the summer of 2019 we came into contact with Maxence Lecat, a French cellar master who had already worked in Burgundy and most recently at 00-Wines in Oregon /USA. In the end, after some very good conversations, Maxence started working with us in February last year to guarantee the quality of our wines in the future in the cellar ( and if necessary also in addition to Manfred Enderle, Géraldine and me in the outside operation ).
