Our family viticultural history began in 2006 when my parents bought 20 ha of vines and the buildings of Domaine Villepeyroux. At that time, the production was only for the cooperative cellar. In 2011, the rest of the family (my husband and I) moved to the vineyard to learn the craft of the vine and work together.
Today, the vineyard has changed a lot: We now have 35 ha in AOC Minervois and IGP. A dozen grape varieties are cultivated there with love. Part of the production is for bulk, but we have been bottling since 2008, selecting our best plots for this. Our yields are low (40 hl/ha on average) and we prefer quality over quantity.
The vineyard has been in organic farming since September 2021
