The Ricardelle de Lautrec winery is a family business that has been located in Coursan, in the heart of the Aude plain, for 5 generations. The entire production has been certified organic since 1999, part of which has carried the Nature label of the Syndicat de Défense des Vins Naturels since 2018. The conversion to biodynamic cultivation began this year.
The aim is to produce the wines as naturally as possible, with minimal impact on our planet and with the greatest possible respect for all life forms present, from micro-organisms to large animals.
