The winemaker, Mr. Jean-Pierre Py, acquired the vineyard in 2003 and has been progressively converting it to organic farming since 2008. The vineyards cover more than 160 hectares on clay-limestone soils at the foot of Mount Alaric and benefit from a privileged exposure, cradled by marine and western flows. This landscape is our heritage, which is why we strive to preserve it. To further this commitment, we have chosen biodynamic methods for working our soils.
Our range of wines is complete. We produce AOC Corbières wines with typical grape varieties such as Syrah, Grenache, Carignan or Mourvèdre and IGP Pays D'Oc wines, where we find for example Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon, Pinot, Chardonnay, etc. We also produce two wines without added sulphites: Tout naturellement blanc and rouge.
