The vinification process is characterised by selective hand-picking, gentle pressing and the avoidance of additives. The result is an individual natural wine that impresses with its high minerality, lots of fruit and natural flavours.
Through quality-orientated wine cultivation and ageing, we have succeeded in becoming one of the leaders in the wine industry. This is evidenced by 5 state honours and many other awards.
