Cantine di Nessuno s.r.l.
Info:
The humble approach to a unique territory that transforms itself over the centuries, always remaining true to itself, is evident from the very name of the company: Cantine di Nessuno.
Born under the banner of a path of continuity and at the same time a break with the past,
it marks a clear cut already starting from its first label "Nuddu", an Etna Rosso Doc that from the very beginning disengages itself from the anxiety of economic performance and from the usual expected, to cross the threshold of the natural luxury of pleasure, intended as a value to be lived, that only nature can offer, respecting tradition and under the sensitive care of man.
Cantine di Nessuno is located on the south-eastern slope of the volcano, between Fleri and Trecastagni, in the midst of an evocative area characterised by the presence of extinct volcanic cones. We are at an altitude of 600 metres at Milo, 700 metres at Monte Gorna, 800 metres at Carpene and 900 metres at Monte Ilice, adjacent districts, but different from each other in terms of characteristics, exposure and production vocation.
On Etna, great wines are produced thanks to the soils of volcanic origin, the age of the vines and the temperature ranges. We interpret the peculiarities of 'heroic viticulture' with red, white and rosé wines and classic method sparkling wines, seeking maximum territorial expression and exalting the diversity of the Contrade and slopes of Etna.
