The company vinifies grapes from vineyards in the heart of the classic Soave region, whose soils are of volcanic origin.
The annual production is around fifty bottles, produced in different varieties: the Soave Classico and its Cru Pressoni, the Recioto di Soave Classico, the sparkling wine and the Grappa di Marc di Recioto.
In addition, Cantina del Castello has also offered red wines from Valpolicella such as Amarone and Ripasso since its beginnings. The first bottles date back to the 1960s, the same bottles that are still carefully guarded in the cellar's private collection today.
