The Demeter winery Fuchs-Jacobus becomes the Steyerberg estate from 01.07.23 when it is handed over to its successor, Thorben Bosse.
We cultivate an area of 16 hectares completely according to the principles of biodynamic agriculture, mostly on steep slopes. All the vineyards are directly adjacent to the winery on the Steyerberg. This unique terroir at the very edge of the Nahe wine-growing region should be reflected in the wines. We do not only want to produce outstanding wines, but also to preserve the wonderful diversity of the Steyerberg in its originality. Demeter winery with wine tastings and guided tours of the winery, as well as trade fair appearances.
