Bodegas Valcarlos is located in Los Arcos-Estella, an area in the mid-west of Navarre. In the municipalities of Los Arcos and Torres del Río, Bodegas Valcarlos has 85 hectares of vineyards at an altitude of around 445 metres. The grape varieties we grow are Tempranillo, Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot, as well as Viura and Chardonnay for our white wines. In May 2001, the ultra-modern facilities were opened on a total area of 13,000 m². 4600 of these are dedicated to production using the latest technology, 3600m2 to barrels and 2400 m2 to bottle ageing. Currently, wines are stored in our bodega in over 4000 new American and French oak barrels and 300 000 bottles
