The history of Villa Sparina dates back to the eighteenth century, when it was part of the present villa The structure was a farmhouse complex of Genoa desired by the Marquis Franzoni, nestled in the vineyards of Monterotondo, in Piedmont, in the heart of the famous Gavi area. This variety is also processed into an elegant and fresh Brut, Blanc de Blancs, obtained according to the rules of the classic method. Since 1997, Villa Sparina has been making wine with the utmost care craftsmanship, positively exposing the grapes from a historic vineyard in 1945, based on an experience that he would like to have them particularly rich and complex.
