Our 400-year-old vineyard is located in the midst of wild and romantic nature. We care for our vines with passionate manual work and produce quality wines from them.
To start with, we offer a lightly musky Cortese or a drinkable Dolcetto, followed by an elegant and decent Chardonnay and an independent Roero Arneis on the white side, and in the red we offer 3 differently aged Barbera d'Asti (in contrast to Barbera d'Alba): once fruity from the steel tank, then with a little wood and fine tannins, and finally with a 12-month old barrique for a balanced, full bouquet and great storability. Another strong alternative is the single-vineyard cuvee of Merlot/Syrah with 36-month barrique. This is particularly popular with Merlot fans.
Each of these wines - combined with the right food - is capable of producing taste highlights, which customers and wine critics often report back to us.
You can stay with us in peace and quiet and still reach the village of Montabone (1.5 km) and the historic town of Acqui Terme (7 km) in a short time. For short trips we rent 2 e-bikes. You can retire to our large meadow, read, enjoy wine, gain strength in the vineyards, experience a wine tasting in the historic cellar. Experience a wine tasting in the historic cellar.
We live and work on the farm, so we are readily available in coordination with our work calendar.
