We have long experienced our guests' passion for fine wines in our restaurant GUI. We have shared this passion for just as long and have turned it into a profession. Since 2017, we have been offering a special and exquisite selection of wines in our wine shop in Bielefeld. Our demands and our idea of wines have led us to some selected wineries in Greece, Spain and South Africa. We developed a wine assortment that combines both the unusual and the well-known, the tried and tested and the daring
The popularity beyond our restaurant customers has shown us that we are on the right track. After three years of steady growth, we have therefore intensively considered the idea of an online shop. In the course of the Corona pandemic, we then also decided to start a wine mail-order business and to make our wines accessible beyond the city limits. Discover our assortment!
