We cultivate the vineyards in a natural way, using organic farming methods, and cultivate the grapes in a pure and gentle way. In addition to the common Franconian grape varieties, you will find the exotic Traminer or Zweigeltrebe as well as the almost extinct, autochthonous grape variety Tauberschwarz.
Remarkable is the high proportion of Riesling by Franconian standards. With the five red wine varieties, we try to meet the demand for full-bodied, strong red wines. The Tauber wine is said to have a fine character, which does not necessarily have to be medium sweet, although the connection between the lovely Tauber valley and the lovely wine is unmistakable.
