Slate: this is the stuff that gives our wines character. We make purebred Rieslings in the best slate steep slopes of the Middle Moselle, which reflect their terroir in an unadulterated way - with lively fruitiness, elegant minerality and multi-layered aromatics. Since 2019, we have also been working 100% organically in the vineyard and cellar (BIO - certified wines from the 2022 vintage). The grapes are hand-picked, spontaneously fermented and are enzyme-free and vegan vinified.
