All vineyard sites are exclusively classified VDP.ERSTE LAGEN® and VDP.GROSSE LAGEN®. The grapes for the Grosse Gewächse as well as for the "Dailys" grow here. Every single vineyard is vinified individually in the vaulted cellar built in 1792 and the wines are only blended shortly before bottling. Due to the separate vinification of the vineyards and the use of stainless steel tanks and French barriques, the wines deliver a consistent quality and recognisable style year after year, despite individual vintage differences - filigree and puristic wines that are also reflected in the label design and regularly receive top ratings from the trade press.
