Weinschmiede Having a wine shop in the centre of Kaltern has always been Arthur Rainer's dream. Call it coincidence or fate: one day he simply bumped into the right person! Over a glass of wine, Arthur Rainer and Robert Sinn's idea slowly took shape until finally, in 2016, a long-cherished dream became a reality! Locals, visitors from near and far, young and old - the tables made from wine barrels and the small but cosy interior of the Weinschmiede have quickly become a convivial meeting place. Small snacks are served, but otherwise the wine takes centre stage. Although the focus is on their own wines, wine lovers in Kaltern can also find other fine wines on sale. Laubencaffe: This is a coffee and aperitif bar in the heart of Kaltern, right on the market square. It invites you to have breakfast, snack (we offer sandwiches as well as small dishes for the small appetite), aperitivo time and, of course, wine enjoyment with the range of ST. Quirinus and Seeperle. The Caffe has also made a name for itself as an ice cream parlour with its sundaes and scoops.
