Mr. Elmar Mäder founded the company with great passion in 1985. He established an up-and-coming brand for regional gastronomy customers
In 2005, the company was taken over by the current owner Roland Breithaupt. This was the cornerstone for generating new customers in the upscale specialised trade sector and thus making the Mäder brand known nationwide.
Mäder Kaffee combines craftsmanship with a high level of professional competence and optimal distribution channels. All our coffee blends, whether single-origin or blended, are produced exclusively using the traditional drum-roasting method
Our entire range is rounded off by tea from the TRINK MEER TEE brand, biscuits from Italy from the LOISON company and a small wine range from Maria Pia.
