Our pasta comes from... Il Mulino di Gragnano was born from the meeting of five young people who, after a meeting in the parish of San Leone di Gragnano, decided to bet on one of the most important products of their town: the pasta of Gragnano. Their philosophy is to continue and improve the tradition by using the best products and the most advanced production techniques. This results in a slower production process that guarantees the quality of the product.
The pasta moulds on offer are made exclusively from selected raw materials. The durum wheat semolina comes from top-quality Italian wheat from the hills of southern Italy, grown without the use of chemicals or pesticides. Il Mulino di Gragnano has succeeded in creating and certifying its own short chain of 100% Apulian wheat, which is grown, harvested and milled exclusively for its own production.
