The Haucks are Jana, Heike, and Heinz Günter. We and our accomplices have dedicated ourselves to wine with heart, hand, and mind. The fact that wines are created that bear our fingerprint works because we as a team roll up our sleeves together. Our home is Bermersheim vor der Höhe, a small wine village in the heart of Rheinhessen and the birthplace of Hildegard von Bingen (1098 – 1179). Here, our family has its roots, and our actions are a family tradition.

Today, around 150,000 vines grow on 30 hectares, which we nurture and care for as a family business, processing their yield with the utmost care and vinifying it in the cellar with great finesse.
Our vines grow on clay and loess-rich soils interspersed with limestone in the districts of Bermersheim vor der Höhe, Albig, and Ensheim. Here, wines with fruit and minerality, balance and finesse are created. Wines with our fingerprint.

Our focus is on the classic white Burgundy grape varieties, Silvaner, and Riesling. Since we are quite curious, we cannot resist planting some exotic varieties like Auxerrois or Albariño. For red grape varieties, we focus on Pinot Noir, St. Laurent, Merlot, and Cabernet Sauvignon.
