The von Othegraven winery was founded in the early 16th century and has been family-owned since 1805.
günther Jauch and his wife took over the winery in 2010 and are now the 7th generation to run it.
Günther Jauch's grandmother was born von Othegraven.
The Kanzemer Altenberg, the heart of the winery, is one of the steepest and, at 250 metres long, also one of the longest continuous steep slopes in the world. The Große Herrenberg in Wawern, Ockfener Bockstein and Wiltinger Kupp are VDP. GROSSE LAGEN vineyards bring further terroir facets at the highest level.
