The domicile of a winery could hardly be more stylish! the Adelmann wines are "dry" by tradition, and the red wines are also equipped with strong tannins. But the white wines are also very popular, above all the Riesling - an insider tip of the count - the Pinot Blanc, gentler than the Riesling, as an excellent accompaniment to food. The vineyard area of the estate is 20 hectares. The red grape varieties predominate 60%: 15% Lemberger, 13% Trollinger, Samtrot, Clevner and Spätburgunder 20%, in addition to the rarity Muskattrollinger and Urban. White wine varieties: Riesling 15%, Pinot Gris 9%, Pinot Blanc, Muscat and Traminer.
