Produced from our own base wines, traditional bottle fermentation requires time and patience. A long lees ageing gives a sparkling wine complexity and depth. Our sparkling wines mature on the lees in the bottle for at least 36 months, in some cases even up to 120 months and longer. Since 2019, we have been continuing our sparkling wine tradition with Marie-Luise and Katharina as the second generation. Since then, we as a family have been focussing even more strongly on sustainability, working in the vineyard and traditional methods in the sparkling wine cellar.
